01Scope and contact
This policy covers the nearfree.shop website. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, email us at the address below or use our contact form and select the relevant enquiry topic. Software deployed on your own infrastructure is administered by your organization. Its data handling depends on your configuration and policies.
02Information you provide
Our enquiry form collects your name, email, company (if provided), enquiry topic, product, and message. We use this information to answer your enquiry, arrange requested demonstrations, and provide support. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or confidential customer records.
03Contact-form providers
Enquiries submitted through the website are sent to Web3Forms for delivery to our inbox. Where our server-based email route is used, Web3Forms or FormSubmit may process the message. These providers and our email service process the information needed to deliver and respond to the enquiry.
04Technical information and essential storage
Our hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, and errors to operate and protect the website. Administrator authentication uses Supabase cookies. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser under nearfree-analytics-consent-v1 so we can remember your choice. It expires after six months.
05Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand interactions through session recordings and heatmaps, and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits and performance. These services may process page addresses, device and browser information, interactions, identifiers, and technical measurements. Optional analytics do not load until you choose Allow analytics. We exclude administrator, authentication, and contact pages from pageview analytics and session recordings. If you allow analytics, a successful enquiry may send a conversion event to Vercel without your name, email, or message. We remove query strings from Vercel measurements. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice.
06Google advertising and cookies
When advertising is enabled, Google AdSense and its advertising partners may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Depending on your consent and settings, information may be used to personalize ads. Advertising is disabled in this release by default. Our account-verification meta tag and ads.txt file do not by themselves serve ads.
07Advertising choices
You can manage personalized Google ads in My Ad Center and use your browser controls to manage cookies. Where required, advertising consent and partner choices are provided through the advertising consent message. Our analytics preference control governs optional analytics only. It does not give consent for personalized advertising.
08Sharing, retention, and security
Hosting, authentication, analytics (if allowed), enquiry delivery, email, and advertising (if enabled) providers process information for their respective services. We may also disclose information where legally required. We keep enquiry records while needed to respond, provide agreed services, and meet applicable obligations. Provider retention periods are governed by their settings and policies. We use access controls and avoid requesting sensitive records through the form.
09Your requests and policy updates
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise a concern about our use of your information. Applicable rights depend on your location and the information involved. We may update this policy as our services change. The update date appears above.
